VideoLAN, the team behind the VLC has updated the VLC for iOS with many promising features and iOS 7 redesign. VLC for iOS version 2.2.0 brings the Google Drive Integration and Drop Box Streaming features with the ability to download files. Now, you can download the latest version of VLC from the App store.

- Improved UPnP support including the ability to download files.
- A start-up tutorial.

- Improved library handling, especially for TV shows.

Even though, this release has so much of features, VideoLAN dubbed it in the version 2.2.0 instead of major version.
